1. Praise God for the deepening relationship with faculty at Elizabethtown College, Franklin & Marshall College, and Penn State Harrisburg. Pray for new contacts among faculty, particularly at Dickinson College and Millersville. 
2. For strategic ministry opportunities that will encourage the Tom & Theresa in their growing responsibilities with the Lord's work 
3. For the healthy delivery and growth of our newest family member, a baby girl due on June 6th.
4. Eden's continued developmental progress, especially in speech and walking, and her acceptance of not receiving as much attention due to having a baby sister.

Brief Biography

InterVarsity Christian Fellowship Graduate and Faculty Ministries has a vision "to see students and faculty transformed, campuses renewed, and world changers developed."

Tom’s work of reaching out to students and faculty through conferences, discussion groups, and Bible studies began in Pittsburgh. In July of 2006, after 10 years of work here, Tom, his wife Theresa, and his daughters moved to Lancaster County to pioneer work there. His area of emphasis is to meet with faculty at various colleges and to encourage and resource them to share their faith in the university and in their fields of expertise. His work extends outside the Lancaster area reaching areas as far as Baltimore and Philadelphia.

Tom Grosh is now working in a new field for IVCF by organizing his methods and making them available to other staff. Tom aims to visit Pittsburgh three times each semester to facilitate this strategic ministry and participate in major events here.

Tom and Theresa grew up in Lancaster county, where their families still reside. In December 2006, they moved next door to Theresas parents. Theresa stays home to care for their youngest daughter, Eden, who has a number of developmental delays. Their twins, Hayley and Ellen, are thriving in school. Tom and Theresa are very involved in their new church home in Elizabethtown. In his spare time Tom enjoys playing basketball with community members and local ministry leaders. Theresa enjoys scrapbooking, sewing, gardening, and giving leadership training to ministries involving young mothers.
