GROWTH: We believe growth to be normative in the Christian life, both individually and corporately.

GRACE: We believe as recipients of God's grace, we in turn are called to share God's grace with others.

ACCOUNTABILITY: Individuals in the group are mutually accountable to one another and groups are accountable to the leadership of the church.

MEANINGFUL STRUCTURE AND CONTENT: Small groups should seek to incorporate these three essentials: study of Scripture, prayer for one another, and fellowship.
